This dress is so Califorinia easy breezy! Throw it over a tank (shown, not included) and you're out the door. Sweetees knows luxury cotton and this dress is no exception. It's made of the softest jersey knit, with good weight, in the brightest green. The draw string just above the waist gives it a little 70's retro/Rhoda appeal. The sleeve and hem length are perfect for casual Friday.
